Emily Cutts & Allison Conley
Ever since Emily Cutts first put her tiny feet in her mom’s heels she knew she was destined for a career in fashion and beauty. This Wilmington native followed her affection for style and design all the way to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she majored in studio art. After graduation, Emily moved to New York to work as a Fabric Coordinator at Tory Burch. But after a few years in the Big Apple, Emily grew home sick for her home state, so she moved back to North Carolina and took a job at Raleigh Denim as the Assistant Designer. Today, Emily is taking her well-honed eye for style and applying it in new ways to make Raleigh residents better coiffed and more confident at Parlor Blow Dry Bar.
Raleigh native Allison Rohde Conley is a woman with a serious knack for composing the perfect head-to-toe look. Allison attended North Carolina State University, where she studied communications and continued to feed her addiction to fashion and beauty. Her intuitive knowledge for personal style beckoned her to several local women’s boutiques, where she invested nearly ten years moving from sales associate to manager and assistant buyer. Most recently Allison worked as the Assistant Buyer and Manager at women’s contemporary clothing boutique, Gena Chandler. After spending her career evolving right along with the fashion she adores, Allison is excited to step into the new role of helping her clients at Parlor finish their looks with more radiant locks.
